This week, the leading developer of online casinos software PlayTech announced that it received an official Random Number Generator (better known as RNG) evaluation certificate for all its online casinos, poker rooms and bingo halls. PlayTech received this certificate from Technical Systems Testing (TST), which is an international and reputable Accredited Testing Facility (ATF).

A RNG represents the dealer in an online casino to ensure that the performance of all the games is completely random. The RNG is tested by running millions of game rounds and analyzing their outcomes and the system is periodically tested to ensure its ongoing accuracy.  

The ATF has verified through statistical and mathematical study that the RNG that PlayTech uses distributes numbers that are a 100% non-predictable and that PlayTech has no influence whatsoever to the outcome of the results, meaning that all the gaming platforms that use PlayTech software are completely safe to play in.
